Chris Duh Creative - Mid 2020

This unique donor recognition wall for Ronald McDonald house in Cincinnati, Ohio was conceived and designed by Chris Duh. I provided fabrication support, production management, electrical design, and installation support to the project over a period of several months.

This installation occupies a unique space in the building. It is experienced at two scales, up close to people moving around the inside of the building, and visible from in the buildings courtyard through floor to ceiling windows opposite the installation.

My involvement with the project started with the creation of sub size and full scale sample sections to help the client make decision about lighting, color and material choice. I was then involved in everything from the creation of architectural drawings for the placement of concealed electrical outlets, production, sanding, painting, wiring, programing the animated effects, and finally three days of on site installation, I was an active participant in almost every aspect of this project.
