Black & Veatch - Early 2020

This sample model was built as part of a proposal to build a large future cityscape model for the lobby of a local engineering firm.

I was working to match a visual style created by and illustrator, and meet requirements for speed and overall cost of production. Using SLA 3D printing, laser cut acrylic, and a few clever shortcuts, I was able to get to a point where I could say with confidence that I would be able to produce the model within the time and budget available.

Unfortunately, because of the confusion of the early days of the Covid-19 global pandemic, the project did not move forward.
