Sunday Night at Hammerspace, We cast an Aluminum part from 3D Printed PLA original. While it didn't go 100% as planned, I'm excited to try the process again in the future on other parts!

Dave C. Dalton At Hammerspace demonstrates the process of lost PLA Casting a 3d printed part in Aluminum. This cast didn't work out, the PLA warped during burnout and fractured the mold. We'll try again with some variations in the investment process and 3D Print settings.
